Commercial & residential HVAC in Carrollton

Heating, cooling and kitchen air for the buildings people work in.

Noble looks after restaurants, commercial kitchens, offices and facilities across north Dallas County and southern Denton County — from rooftop units to the make-up air that keeps a kitchen's doors from slamming. Homes, too.

Kitchen air

Air out, air in. Kitchens need both.

A kitchen hood pulls a great deal of air out of the building. Every cubic foot has to come back in somewhere. If the make-up air system doesn't bring it in, the building pulls it through doors, gaps and flues — and that's when the front door is hard to open, the dining room is drafty and the kitchen is hot.

Service planned around your hours

A restaurant can't lose its kitchen at 6pm on a Friday. Maintenance visits are booked before opening or on your closed day, and we tell you what we found in writing.

Homes

And for houses in Carrollton.

The same technicians service homes across Carrollton, Farmers Branch, Coppell and Lewisville: air conditioning, heat pumps and gas furnaces, repaired, tuned up and replaced.

Putting in a big range hood? Home kitchens need make-up air too — residential code generally requires it for hoods above 400 cfm. We can size and install it.

Questions

What people ask first.

Why is our restaurant front door hard to open?

Usually because the kitchen hood is pulling out more air than the make-up air system brings back, so the building is under negative pressure. Worn make-up air belts, dirty filters and bypassed interlocks are common causes. A balance check finds which.

Can you service our kitchen hood?

We service the heating, cooling and make-up air side: rooftop units, make-up air units, interlocks and airflow. Hood and duct grease cleaning and fire suppression are separate specialist trades, and we coordinate with them.

Can service be done outside our opening hours?

Yes. Commercial maintenance is booked before opening or on your closed day wherever the work allows.

Do you work on homes as well?

Yes. Air conditioning, heat pumps and gas furnaces for houses in Carrollton, Farmers Branch, Coppell, Lewisville and nearby, and make-up air for large range hoods.

Does Noble do coatings or painting?

No. Facility Coatings is part of the business name, not the trade. Noble does heating, ventilation and air conditioning only.

Can we visit your office?

Visits are by appointment. Call first and we will arrange a time, or we come to you.

Before the rush

Book a visit before service.

We'll check the rooftop units and the kitchen air balance while the kitchen is quiet.
